Bad Qualities[edit]

  1. Although the aesthetics have been updated over the years, it feels a bit bland to some people. The version from Windows 7-10 (and 11 minus those minor issues below) is better than all the others in this aspect.
  2. The tools are kind of limited, especially in the older versions.
  3. Most of the shapes in the Windows 7-10 versions are recycled from Microsoft Office 2010 and beyond.
  4. The updated version of Microsoft Paint for Windows 11 was somewhat rushed and has some grammar errors (such as scannner), mislabeling About as Settings, and some other bugs. Plus the Windows 11 version (same for earlier versions such as Windows 8 onward) doesn't offer anything new at much.

Good Qualities[edit]

  1. Some of the drawings made in this software are okay.
  2. It is a great tool for beginners and those who have never drawn digitally before.
  3. Despite its limitations, some people have drawn decent drawings on this software.
  4. The Vista and 7 versions of the aesthetics look beautiful.
